RETURN & REFUND
Can I return my order?
You’ve got 28 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it.
You will be charged €3.99 for each return. Please email us at support@amagi369.com
You may be liable for import VAT and a customer duty charge. If your items don’t make it back to us, you’ll need to open a dispute with the carrier.
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and be in an unworn, unused condition with the original tags attached.
When will I receive my refund?
We endeavour to process all refunds within 21 working days of receipt of your parcel. The refunded amount will be credited back to the payment method used for the order, within 5 days from issue.
Do you offer exchanges?
You are able to exchange a product for another up to 28 days from receipt.
Exchanges are subject to stock levels at time of picking. If the item you want to exchange for is not in stock, you will be issued a refund, if returning within 14 days, or store credit.
When will my return arrive?
We endeavour to process all returns within 7-10 working days.

How can I track my parcel?
You can track your parcel by using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply click on the link to view the status and location of your shipment. If you have not received the tracking link or need further assistance, please contact our customer support team at support@amagi369.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to help.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will typically be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after it is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please note that during busy periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
